The Information Technology Ford College Graduate (FCG) Program provides recent college graduates a variety of rotational job assignments during their first few years with Ford Motor Company.
Highlights of the program include
- individual involvement in planning and selecting assignments,
- mentoring by senior IT management, and
- opportunities to participate in orientation programs.
The program's objective is to strengthen the Ford College Graduate's business acumen and technical skills through rapid exposure to various Ford business activities, while allowing the Ford College Graduate to gain a basic understanding of the Company's culture and organization.
Requirements include but are not limited to the following.
- Bachelor of Science in computer science, information systems, business, or management
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale

Information Technology Summer Internship Program

Ford Motor Company's Information Technology's 10-12 week summer internship opportunity for college juniors and seniors pursuing technical bachelor or master's degrees in the field of computer science.
The intern program within IT evaluates students by offering them summer employment with meaningful and challenging assignments. The IT intern program is a feeder program for the Ford College Graduate program.
Requirements include but are not limited to the following.
- Senior status in computer science with an expected graduation date of May 2012
- Junion status in computer science with an expected graduation date of May 2013
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale
